Franklin County 72-Hour Feed Status
The official Franklin County Sheriff, Detention, and sitemap review found no public 72-hour release view. There is no rolling three-day table, filter, archive, or separate weekend list. The same review found no official 24-hour list or current searchable roster.
As a result, Franklin County publishes no feed cadence, online retention period, displayed field list, or photo policy for a 72-hour product. A requester can still seek existing release-log entries for a chosen period. That is a records window created by the requester, not a Sheriff-published rolling feed.
Check Franklin County Three-Day Releases
Write down the first and last date and time before calling. “The weekend” may mean different spans to different people. A range such as Friday evening through Monday evening is easier for Records to search and helps prevent a late Thursday or early Tuesday event from being included by mistake.

Franklin County Weekend Release Checks
A wider view is helpful after days when several systems may update on different schedules. A court can issue an order before the jail finishes identity checks, property handling, paperwork, transport, or other hold review. Franklin County also warns that Case.net information is not entered immediately after court.
The correct sequence is chronological. First identify the court event. Next obtain the jail’s actual exit time. Then confirm the destination. A person may leave Franklin County custody during the weekend and enter Missouri DOC, another county, federal authority, or ICE custody without returning to the community.
No Franklin County-specific weekend or holiday release schedule was found. Do not predict an exit from a sentence, a bond entry, or the day of the week. Contact the jail for the completed event.
A three-day reconciliation should also preserve which clock produced each entry. The docket time records court activity. The booking record tracks county custody. MOVANS records an agency-reported event, and a receiving system may update on its own schedule. Sorting those records by time can reveal a transfer chain, but the sources should remain labeled rather than blended into one estimated release time.
Note: a three-day range catches more events, but it does not turn a projected date or court order into proof of physical departure.
No Franklin County Release Archive
The absence of an official roster, 24-hour list, 72-hour list, and archive is a distinctive Franklin County finding. The Detention page describes the facility and operations, while the county sitemap confirms there is no separate recent-release destination documented in the present site structure.
Third-party rosters may copy stale information, omit transfers, keep old photographs, or confuse Franklin County, Missouri, with another county of the same name. They cannot establish county feed timing or retention when the Sheriff has published neither. Use Detention, Records, the court, and MOVANS instead.
The official Sheriff page is another county source, but it does not advertise a rolling release product or a mobile app with that function.

State both endpoints of the period. Ask for existing release-log or custody-history entries, not a new analysis or explanation.
Missouri Chapter 610 generally requires the public body to act as soon as possible and no later than the end of the third business day. If access cannot be given then, the custodian provides a detailed reason and the earliest available date and time. Search, staff, and copy fees may apply. Ask for a statutory basis when material is redacted or withheld.
The Missouri Sunshine Law is the framework for that request.
The law provides the access process, but it does not create a county online release feed or guarantee that every requested field is open.
Franklin County Three-Day Court Match
Case.net can show the legal events that fall near the chosen range. Search by litigant name, confirm Franklin County, and match the case number, filing period, charge, and other identifiers shown. Read entries in order. Bond changes, release orders, dismissal, sentence, probation, warrants, and revocation may explain why custody changed.
A court entry is not a jail door-out timestamp. Another case, warrant, sentence, extradition request, or federal or immigration hold may still control the person. For a certified record, the Franklin County Circuit Clerk lists copy fees of $1 per page plus $1.50 for certification, with prepayment after an estimate and a card convenience fee.
Franklin County Arrest Record Limits
Release information can sit within a broader arrest or incident record. Missouri section 610.100 governs arrest, incident, and investigative records, including rules that can close an arrest record when no charge is filed within the statutory period. Expungement or another closure can also change public access.
The statute does not mean an event never occurred, and closure does not convert a search gap into a release date. Ask the custodian what can be disclosed and request the legal basis for any denial. Franklin County Three-Day MOVANS Review
MOVANS can supply agency-reported custody and court-event notifications. The current Missouri local-jail workflow uses SMS and email. Phone and VINELink-app alerts ended with the May 2026 change, and local-jail users were required to register again.
Review alerts in time order across the 72-hour period, but check the reporting facility each time. A Franklin County release status means county custody ended. It does not establish that every other hold ended. If a search produces no local-jail result, the state warns that a jail may be offline. Call Detention before drawing a conclusion.
